Cookie Dough Information

Is your cookie dough gluten-free/vegan/halal?

We do not currently have gluten-free options but this is something we are developing.

We have a range of vegan flavours available which is indicated on their respective images/names/pages.

All flavours are vegetarian & halal due to containing zero meat or alcohol.

How big is each tub & how many cookies do they make?

Mini tubs are 150g (5 cookies) and monster tubs are 500g (17 cookies).

What if I have a nut or lactose allergy?

If you have a lactose allergy then please only select vegan flavours but be aware that all flavours have a ‘may contain milk’ warning due to using the same equipment for non-vegan flavours.

All flavours also have a ‘may contain nuts’ warning as we use the same equipment for limited edition nut flavours.

How fast is delivery?

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 3-5 working days. Express orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.

Once dispatched your order is shipped on a next day service*.


We use DPD for the majority of mainland UK & Royal Mail for more rural areas such as northern Scotland and NI.

What is the shelf life of your cookie dough?

This will vary as we make different flavours on different days. We will provide you with a best-before date with a minimum of 2 weeks of chilled life from dispatch.

You can freeze your cookie dough for up to 6 months (defrost in the fridge overnight and do not refreeze).

Please note: our cookie dough is 100% safe to eat beyond its best-before date but it will be at its highest quality before this.

How do I bake the cookie dough?

1, Allow the cookie dough to come to room temperature.
2, Weigh out 30g portions & roll into balls.

3, Place the balls onto a baking tray and push down lightly with your palm to flatten them (the dough will stay this shape/size during baking as it does not spread).

4, Bake at 170c (fan-assisted) for 8-10 mins.

5, Remove from the oven (they will still look raw but they firm up as they cool).
6, Allow to cool for 5 mins and consume whilst still warm for a crispy outside & gooey inside.

Can I eat your cookie dough raw?

Yes! It’s 100% safe to eat raw as there are no raw eggs (goodbye salmonella) and the flour we use is specially heat-treated (see you later e-coli).

How do I store the cookie dough?

Snackcidents cookie dough can be out at room temperature for several hours (we recommend consuming it this way for the ultimate gooey texture!)



Please store in the fridge up until it's best before date or you can freeze your cookie dough for up to 6 months (defrost in the fridge overnight and do not refreeze).

Can I request a delivery date?

Yes! Please use the calendar in the cart drawer to select a delivery date if you would like to delay your delivery arriving beyond 1 week’s time. 

Please note: if you select limited edition flavours & request for them to be delivered outside of the month they were launched, we may reach out to you closer to your delivery date to switch flavours.
