WHAT IS SNACKCIDENTS MADE WITH?
Our cookie dough is made with the finest gourmet ingredients that are fully sustainable & packaged in 100% recyclable packaging.
IS YOUR COOKIE DOUGH VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE?
We offer a wide range of vegan flavours which are clearly labelled across the website. None of our flavours are currently gluten-free but we hope to add this option in the future.
IS YOUR COOKIE DOUGH SAFE TO CONSUME RAW?
Yes, all ingredients (including the heat-treated flour) in our delicious, homemade recipes are safe to consume unbaked.
HOW DO I STORE MY COOKIE DOUGH?
Snackcidents cookie dough can be out at room temperature for several hours (we recommend consuming it this way for the ultimate gooey texture!)
Please store in the fridge up until it's best before date or you can freeze your cookie dough for up to 6 months (defrost in the fridge overnight and do not refreeze).
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?
This will vary as we make different flavours on different days. We will provide you with a best-before date with a minimum of 2 weeks of chilled life from dispatch.

Please note: our cookie dough is 100% safe to eat beyond its best-before date but it will be at its highest quality before this.
DOES YOUR COOKIE DOUGH CONTAIN NUTS?
Please be aware that our cookie dough is produced in a facility that does handle nuts. If you have a severe nut allergy we would recommend against purchasing our product.
