You will need:

One monster tub of Gookie Dough in a flavour of your choice

240g of icing sugar

Seven teaspoons of milk

Four teaspoons of light corn syrup

A quarter teaspoon of black food colouring

Directions

First of all, flour a surface and pop your Gookie Dough onto it. Roll or flatten out as much as possible and then take a circular cookie cutter of your chosen size to cut out circles of the dough. Then pop them onto a tray and bake in the oven for 12 minutes on 170 degrees or until they're just starting to brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely.

Next, mix your sugar and milk a bowl until it is smooth. Stir in your corn syrup until the icing is smooth and glossy. If the icing appears too thick then add a small amount of extra corn syrup. Divide the mixture in half. Leave one-half white for the background and then the other half stir in the black food colouring until it is well blended.

Ice the cookies with the white icing and then place six small circles of black icing on each cookie. Take a toothpick and pull the black icing out to form five curved lines. Let the cookies set and voila.

You shoot and you score with these perfect mini treats. What better way to adapt your Gookie Dough?! *Recipe guidance from mccormick.com*
