The more you think about carrot cake, the less it makes sense. It contains carrots, yet doesn't taste like carrots — the subtle flavour is complemented by the caramel of the brown sugar and the warm embrace of mixed spices. It makes me feel warm & fuzzy inside just thinking about it.
Ingredients
Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar and Cane Molasses, Invert Sugar Syrup, Vegetable Fat (Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed, Sustainable Palm), Water, Salt, Emulsifier (Mono- And Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Natural Flavouring, Natural Colour (Curcumin, Annatto)), Carrot, Cassia Cinnamon, Coriander, Ginger, Allspice, Nutmeg, Cloves, Natural Orange Oil.
