Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar and Cane Molasses, Invert Sugar Syrup, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed, Sustainable Palm), Water, Salt, Emulsifier (Mono- And Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), White Chocolate (6%) (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Natural Flavouring), Freeze Dried Raspberries, Natural Colour (Curcumin, Annatto).

Freeze for up to 6 months (it tastes just as good as fresh) & defrost in the fridge for 6 hours. Consume within 1 day once defrosted.
